Nicolas G. Melki’s practice focuses mainly on corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and advisory work in public policy and government relations. He represents multinational corporations, startups and public sector clients across the GCC and Levant, providing strategic guidance on complex transactions, regulatory matters and cross-border investments. His work often involves structuring and executing high-value deals and advising clients on government relations and policy strategy.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicolas worked in the Dubai offices of U.S. law firms Baker Botts and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. He is an alumnus of Universite Saint Joseph, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Duke University School of Law.
