Dima’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on commercial transactions and contract drafting for local, regional, and international corporate groups. She is also a member of the firm’s M&A team, supporting private equity and venture capital transactions across Lebanon and the EMEA region.

She previously gained substantial litigation experience, which complements her transactional work and provides added perspective in deal structuring and risk management.

Dima holds an LL.B. and a Master I in Law from the Lebanese University – Filière Francophone de Droit, and a Master II in Corporate Law from Université Aix-Marseille. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
