Christelle’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, corporate restructuring, and cross-border operations. She advises multinational corporations and startups on executing transactions across Lebanon and the EMEA region.

She supports clients in drafting shareholder agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts, and advises on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and investment vehicle structuring. Christelle holds an LL.B., a Master 1, and a Master 2 in Business Law from the Lebanese University. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
