Elisia’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and complex commercial agreements. She advises multinational corporations and startups on structuring and executing transactions across Lebanon, the Levant and the EMEA region.

She is involved in drafting shareholder agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts, while also advising on corporate governance and investment vehicle structuring. Elisia holds an LL.B. and a Master 1 in Law from the Lebanese University and a Master II in Business Law from the University of Clermont-Auvergne. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
