Dima A. Sarkis, MSc

Dima A. Sarkis leads the Corporate and Transactional Department at Melki & Associates, overseeing a wide range of corporate, commercial, and financial transactions. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital deals, corporate restructuring, and cross-border investments. She advises multinational corporations, investment funds, family offices, and startups on structuring and executing complex transactions across various industries.

Dima plays a key role in negotiating and drafting shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and financing arrangements, ensuring legal precision and strategic alignment with business objectives. She has led high-value transactions involving corporate groups in the Middle East, Europe, and beyond, providing legal support from due diligence to closing. Her experience extends to regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and advising clients on structuring investment vehicles for optimal legal and tax efficiency.

In addition to corporate finance and M&A, Dima is deeply involved in advising technology companies and emerging businesses, working closely with founders and investors on venture capital financing, startup structuring, and intellectual property matters. She also has significant experience in private wealth management, including trust structuring for estate planning and asset protection.
