William G. Melki, L.LM

William’s practice focuses mainly on transactions, that include private equity transactions (buy-side and sell-side), venture capital deals (as lead counsel or otherwise), international real estate funds and capital markets operations. The critical knowledge he has in banking and financial matters brings an added value especially for deal engineering and complex problem solving. He represents local and international corporate groups, startups and individuals often times in greenfield projects and exotic first-of-a-kind transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Me. Melki worked at Dewey & Leboeuf LLP’s corporate finance department in London.

He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Lebanese American University (LAU), a member of the admissions committee and teaches contracts, legal ethics and investment funds in the L.LM program.
