Georges W. Melki

Georges W. Melki was the Founder of Melki & Associates. He was an expert in administrative law and focused his practice on complex expropriation matters and Public Private Partnerships. Me. Melki served as legal counsel to the Republic of Lebanon for 13 years and later advised his local and international clients on day-to-day corporate matters and complex administrative matters. He also acted as external legal advisor to several corporations and business entities as well as party appointed arbitrator in several arbitration proceedings.
